Ingredients used in Stemed Kababs
• Mince meat - 500 grams.
• Cloves - 5 grams.
• Red chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Peppercorns - 10 numbers.
• Cardamom - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fat - 30 grams.
Method:

1. Grind together meat , spices and salt .

2. Take small amounts of meat and roll them sausage fashion .

3.Lay these gently side by side in a wide shallow pan .

4. Put on a slow fire and over pan with a lid for a few minutes.

5. Pour melted fat over the kababs carefully and fry until they are a nice brown . Serve hot.
