STIR FRY VEGETABLES

Ingredients used in STIR FRY VEGETABLES
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• French beans(pieces) - 1/2 cup.
• Carrot(pieces) - 1/2 cup.
• Cauliflower(pieces) - 1/2 cup.
• Broccoli - 1/2 cup.
• Chicken stock - 1/2 cup.
• White pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili sauce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oyster sauce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Baby corn - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Mushrooms - 1/2 cup.
• Green bell pepper - 1/2 cup.
• Yellow bell pepper - 1/2 cup.
• Leaves - 1/4 cup.
• Cornflour - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Spring onions(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, french beans, carrot, cauliflower, broccoli, chicken stock and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • To it add white pepper powder, soya sauce, red chili sauce, oyster sauce, red chili paste, salt and saute it.
  • To it add baby corn, sugar, mushrooms, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, little water and check for seasoning.
  • Add leaves, cornflour mixed in ¼ cup water, spring onions and saute it.

Now stir fry vegetables are ready to serve.
