STRAWBERRY JAM BISCUITS

Ingredients used in STRAWBERRY JAM BISCUITS
• Caster sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Cream - 1 tablespoon.
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Strawberry jam - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add caster sugar, butter, salt, cream and mix it.
  • Add all purpose flour and mix dough.
  • Dust more flour and roll dough into thin sheet.
  • Cut into small triangle. In the center of triangle place some strawberry jam and roll it with hands, seal the edges like as shown in video.
  • Arrange in a baking tray and bake in oven at 180 degree for 15-20 minutes.

Now strawberry jam biscuit are ready to serve.
