STREET FOOD EGG BIRYANI FRIED RICE

Ingredients used in STREET FOOD EGG BIRYANI FRIED RICE
• Egg - 6 numbers.
• Basmati rice - 2 cups.
• Onion slices - 2 cups.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala or biryani masala - 1 tablespoon.
• Yogurt - 1/2 cup.
• Lime juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chillies - 4-5 numbers.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Cook basmati rice with little oil, salt, and water.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onions, salt and saute it until color changes to light brown color.
  • Then add turmeric powder and move the onions to the corner to avoid further cooking.
  • Then quickly add ginger garlic paste, green chilies, red chili powder, mint leaves, coriander powder, garam masala or biryani masala, yogurt and mix it thoroughly.
  • Now add little more salt, eggs, lime juice and saute it.
  • Then add cooked rice and mix thoroughly to cook for 2 minutes by placing the lid on.

Now the tasty egg biryani is ready to serve.
