1. clean and truss chicken. 2. remove liver. chop and mix with bread soaked in milk,
finely chopped turnips, 2whole eggs and 2 yolks.3. season with salt and pepper.
4. cook mixture to a light brown in butter and stuff chicken with it.
5.plase apiece of bacon over each bird.Tie with a string and roast for about 25 minuties, at basting Frequently.
