Ingredients used in Stuffed Pomfret with Green Masala
• Corriender Leaves (about 1/2 cup) 1 Bunch.
• Green Chillies 2 Numbers.
• Garlic 6 Numbers.
• Ginger (1 inch piece) 1 Piece.
• Onion 1 Numbers.
• Pomfret Fish 1 Numbers.
• Few mint leaves 4 Numbers.
• Tomatoes 2 Numbers.
• salt, pepper, turmeric To Taste.
How to make the recipe:
Clean and dry the pomfret. Cut it on one side just enough to make a slit in the belly for the filling. Apply salt, lemon juice and a little turmeric powder and set aside.. Grind to a paste all the above ingredients except the tomatoes. Heat oil, fry the masal well, then add tomatoes, and garam masala. Cool the mixture. Stuff the above mixture into the fish, dush the fish with flour on all sides and shallow fry until the fish is cooked evenly on all sides.
