Ingredients used in Stuffed tomato Bajji
• Soda for puffing - 1 pinch.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Lemon juice for mixture - 1 numbers.
• Any mixture for stuffing - 1 numbers.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Basan - 1 cup.
• Oil for frying - to fry.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Corriander leaves - 1 numbers.
Method:
1. In a bowl , take some basan , add salt and mix with water so that it forms a thick mixture.. 2. Now, dip the entire tomato in the above mixture 3. Heat oil in kadai 4. drop the dipped tomato#39;s in the medium heat oil 5. allow it to fry till golden brown and remove 6. Keep it aside and allow it to cool and cut it into half and remove the pulp of tomato for stuffing mixture 7. Now in the mixture ( Haldiram#39;s any mixture ) or bhujia mixed with cornflaxes, add some onions , corriander leaves , tomato pulp , lemon juice and mix well. 8. Finally , Stuff the above mixture in the tomato , Sprincle chat masala and have fun...

Dear Team, Previously I tried to cook Stuffed tomatoes but at the end it was like paste also due to more water content it was not possible to stand and cook simultaneously. But today I searched for receipie and after combining recepies from nishamad
