Ingredients used in suran (ole) chutney
• Suran (ole) - 1 can.
• Radish - half cup.
• Garlic - half tea spoon.
• Onion seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Ajwain - 1.5 teaspoons.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger - to taste.
• Red chilli - 2 teaspoons.
• Mustard oil - 3 tablespoons.
  • Drain and rinse suran (ole) with fresh water then squeeze out all the liquid and mash in a bowl.
  • Add all the ingredients. Mix well.

Serve with pittha, roti or rice.
