Ingredients used in SUVARNA RABADI (MOLSIZ)
• Pumpkin - 250 grams.
• Milk - 1500 ml.
• Sugar - 3 tablespoons.
• Cardamom - 5-6 numbers.
• Nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Saffronrose petals - 1 teaspoons.
• Whip cream - 100 grams.
• Kevada extract or vanilla extract. - 1-2 drops.
Peel and wash the pumpkin. Cut in small pieces and cook in the pressure cooker. Blend in the blender. Boil the milk and mix the pumpkin pulp. Add sugar and dissolved saffron. Remove from the heat. Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and cool it. Keep in the refrigerator. While serving add kevada extract or vanilla extract for flavor. Top with the whip cream. Decorate with the rose petals.

Hi Chef, Do we have to immediately remove it from heat after adding pumpkin to milk or should we keep it for a while? Also, how do we cut the pumpkin here. Would it get smashed in the milk or should we leave it as pieces?
