Ingredients used in sweet meat balls
• Gingergarlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 1 pinch.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Coriander pwd - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Garamasala - 1 pinch.
• Pepper pwd - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Water - as needed 0.
• Coriander leaves - 2 springs.
• Salt - as per taste to taste.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 pinch.
• Butter - 1 tablespoons.
• Kapuras - 5 numbers.
Method:
  1. In a pan add butter, cumin seeds, chopped onions, salt mix well now add the kapurs cut into 4 parts mix well, now add ginger garlic paste, turmuric, green chillies , red chilli pwd, coriander pwd, mix well cook for 10 min by closing a lid.
  2. After 10-15 min remove the lid add garamasala, pepper pwd, coriander leaves mix well switch of the flame and serve hot

I am very sure chef that you have washed the balls very well :-). However, I'll just watch the video and pass on trying them. BTW, once cooked they looked like whole cooked mushrooms. I would imagine this to be an awesome (and tasty) recipe!
