Ingredients used in THE MINCED VEGETABLES SOUP
• Lamb or beef cubes(with bones). - 1200 grams.
• Carrots,zucchini,green beans,potatoes.(chopped). - 1000 grams.
• Salt - 25 grams.
• Grilled onion - 150 grams.
• Cold water - 3000 grams.
Method:
Boil the meat first and then add the grilled onion and the carrots. Boil the rest vegetables alone in another pot and then pour the cold water on it,(to cool it),then filter it(take of the water). Filter the meat stock. Keep the meat stock whih equals for eight persons and then pour the boiled vegetables and keep it on fire.
