Ingredients used in The Secret Ingredient to Juicy Tender Chicken
• Salt - 30 grams.
• Chicken (whole) - 1 numbers.
• Water - 1500 ml.
Method:
  • In a bowl add whole chicken, salt, water put into the refrigerator for 12 hours, the chicken will be nice and tender.

I use a ziplock bag to brine my bird. Squeeze all the air out for complete brine coverage. When you're done,just throw it away.
