Ingredients used in theeyal(mixed)
• Water - to cook .
• Urad dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Red chilli - 3 numbers.
• Fenugreek seed - 1/4 tablespoons.
• Coconut grated - 5 tablespoons.
• Ladies finger - 2 small.
• Carrot cube pieces - 1 small.
• Arbi cut into medium cubes - 1 numbers.
• Potatos cut into pieces - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste .
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Coconut oil - 3 teaspoons.
Method:
cut all the vegetables into rough pieces add salt , turmeric powder , and chilli powder and pressure cook till one whistle with water. meanwhile, heat a pan and pour little bit of cooking oil and fry coconut,urad dal ,fenugreek seed,red chilli.deep fry it till thll the coconut becomes dark brown.and grind it well. after the vegetables are cooked and the pressure is gone,add the grounded paste to it and mix it well.cook it for 3 min take a pan pour 2 tsp of oil heat it and put some mustard .after it is popped add some curry leaves and 1 red chilli and season it add this to the curry and once again mix well.
