Ingredients used in Til rice
• Rice - 500 grams.
• Gingelly seeds - 115 grams.
• Red chillies - 5 grams.
• Split black gram - 15 grams.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fat - 115 grams.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Cashewnuts - 15 grams.
• Lime - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:

1. Boil the rice.

2. Heat fat and fry the cashewnuts to a golden brown.remove and D fry curry leaves. remove. rain.

3. In the same fat, fry claned gingelly seeds, red chillies asafoetida and split black gram.

4. Remove and grind to a powder.

5. mix the powdred masala, fried cashewnuts, salt, limejuice and chopped curry leaves with rice.
