Ingredients used in Tiramisu desi style
• Curd - 1 lbs.
• Cream - 1 cup.
• Custard powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Milk - 150 ml.
• Ladyfinger biscuties or cake mixture - as required.
• Sugar - as required.
• Coco powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Water - 3 tablespoons.
• Coffee powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Whipping cream - 1 cup.
• Grape juice - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take fresh Curd hang in muslin cloth for 1hour, after 1 hour remove from the cloth and put in a bowl add sugar as required and mix well.
  • Make Custard, thick custard mixture keep a side.take Cream whisk well till it gets thick.
  • Now add curd mixture,custard mixture, cream mixture,whipping cream. if required whiskey mix well keep a side.
  • Now in a bowl add coffee powder,add warm water, grape juice mix well take the lady finger biscuit dip in the coffee mixture and place in a dish as one layer, now pour Half of the curd,custard,cream mixture on top of it.repeat the same once again,top it of with coco powder with tea strainer.
  • keep this in fridge for at least 4 hours.remove after 4 hours and serve cold.

we tried this recipe today but skipped the whipped cream. The taste came good but the custard+ yogurt combination could not hold the cake.Maybe the wipped cream is what holds the stuffing.. can you pls. suggest sanjay!

sanjay..thanks for sharing your recipes.this one is my husband's favorite cake ..Me and my friend clarita love all your recipe and try atleast one recipe every weekend together...i will personally call it low cal eggless Tiramusu cake;-))
