Ingredients used in Tiramisu
• Ladyfingers - 16-17 piece.
• Whipping cream - 200 ml.
• Sugar - 3 tablespoons.
• Eggyolk - 3 piece.
• Mascarpone - 200 grams.
• Black coffee - 200 ml.
Method:
beat the eggyolks with 2 psoons of sugar till light yellow add mascarpone (Italian soft cheese) and mix them well whip the cream with 1 spoon of sugar add it to the mascarpone-mixture, and mix them to a smooth consistency dip the ladyfingers, 1 by 1 to the coffee place 1 layer of these dipped ladyfingers into a large bowl cover it with the above prepared mascarpone cream place another layer of ladyfingers on top of it, if before the direction of the ladyfingers was horizontal, now they should be vertical cover with the cream continue the layering till u run out of ingredients, the last layer should be cream place it in the fridge for at least 3 hours, but its better 1 night enjoy!
