Ingredients used in Toddlers Delight
• Rice flour - 2 cup.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Ragi flour - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 2 1/2 cup.
• Almonds - 15 numbers.
• Cashewnuts - 10 numbers.
• Walnuts - 5 numbers.
• Cardamon - 1 teaspoons.
• Nutmeg - 1 teaspoons.
• Pure ghee - 2 cup.
Method:
Take a big shallow kadai or pan. Add all the three flour. Roast it nicely for 5mins. Then occasionally add ghee and stir continuously until they are nice and brown. You can check once the ghee starts releasing flavor of roasted flour. At this point off the flame and let the mixture cool completely. By the time mixture is cooled you can powder the sugar and keep aside. Now powder all the dry fruits separately. Finally once the mixture is cooled add sugar n all the other powdered ingredients and mix well. Make small size ladoo and you can store it in a airtight container.
