Ingredients used in tomato chutney with groundnut peas
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 50 grams.
• Onions - 1 numbers.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
• Tomatoes - 3 numbers.
• Groundnut peas - 1 cup.
• Tamarind - to taste.
Method:

fry groundnut peas on a pan with medium flame till the color changes. now take a pan with walls, add oil to the pan. after the oil gets heated add the big pieces of cut onions, tomatoes and uncut chillies to it. close the lid of the pan. now let it cook for about 5-7 mins so that tomatoes and onions get 85% cooked. turn off the stove and let the mixture get cooled for abt 3-5 mins. now take the blender and put fried groundnuts, tomato onion mixture, tamrind, and salt together. blend it to paste, but not too smooth. now u can serve it with rice. with chapathi also it tastes very good. its tastes awesome and yummy.
