Ingredients used in Tomato Dosa
• Chopped onion - 1-2 to fry.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp to fry.
• Red chillis - 8-10 numbers.
• Sounf - 1 tablespoons.
• Poppy seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Garlic - 5 clove.
• Ginger - 2 slice.
• Cloves - 6 numbers.
• Cinnamon sticks - 2 stricks.
• Ripe tomatos - 6 numbers.
• Urd dal - 1/4 cup.
• Idli rice - 2 cup.
• Curry leaves - 1 string to fry.
• Chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
*Soak rice,urd dal for 2hrs. *Grind it along with all the spices such as Cinnamon sticks,cloves,ginger,garlic,poppy seeds,red chilli,sounf and tomatos. *Fry mustard seeds,curry leaves,onions and add to batter. *Mix salt ,coriander leaves also. *Heat tawa and Cook on both sides just as u make normal dosa but this will take little longer. * U can either make crispy/soft dosa. *Serve hot with cocnut chutney.
