Ingredients used in Tomato Fish Curry
• Putnala pwd - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Dhaniya pwd - 1 tablespoons.
• Redchilly pwd - 2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Lemon - 1 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Lavangam - 4 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Dalchina chakka - 2 stricks.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomatos - 10 numbers.
• Fish - 500 grams.
• Tamarind paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Aavalu - 1 teaspoons.
• Jeera - 1 teaspoons.
• Dry chilly - 4 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 bunch.
• Coconut milk - 1/2 cup.
Method:

step1: Clean fish amp; keep it aside. Now add lemon, turmeric, half tsp redchilly pwd amp; mix it well. keep it aside for half an hour step2: take putnala pwd amp; tamarind paste mix it well as a paste. if needed grind it. step3: take a pan. put oil. now add the magneted fish amp; fry both sides and take it into bowl. step4: now add some more oil in the same pan. after it is heated, add dalchina chakka, ginger garlic paste. fry it. now add chopped tomatos, close the lid amp; cook it for sometime. now add coriander leaves, dhaniya pwd, redchilly pwd, salt amp; mix it well. add tamarind amp; putnala paste. close the lid amp; cook it in sim for 5 t0 8 mins. now add cup water(if u want u can add another cup), coconut milk, cook it for 5 mins. atlast add fried fish amp; cook until your gravy thickened. step5: now take another pan for popu or thalimpu. take oil and put aavalu, jeera, dry chilly, curry leaves. fry it. add into cooked curry. Now the Yummy yummy Tomato Fish Curry is ready to serve
