Ingredients used in Tomatto Bajji
• Water to mix besan - .
• Baking soda - pinch.
• Salt (as per required) - .
• Besan - .
• Refined oil, for frying - .
• Tomatto - 3 numbers.
• Nimbu - 1 numbers.
• Corriender leaves - 1 bunch.
1. Take some Besan , Add salt and a pinch of baking soda and mix well . the mixture should not be so loose but a medium consitency so that you can dip the tomatto later in it for frying. kee it aside. 2. Now dip the full tomatto in the above mixture and fry on average heat and keep it aside and let it cool for sometime 3. Now cut this tomatto to half and remove the pulp inside it, keep the pulp aside 4. Prepare the mixture - Add Chopped corriender leaves, 1 1/2tbps Nimbu and the tomatto pulp to the Mixture/burji ( eg. Haldiram#39;s mixture) and mix well. 5. Now fill the tomatto with the above mixture and have fun.
