Ingredients used in Traditional Healthy & tasty Chicken fry..
• Chicken,turmeric,salt,chilly powder,ginger garlic paste,coconut powder,coriander powder &garlic podes.. - 250 gms piece.
Method:
Marinate chicken with chilly powder,turmeric,curd/yogurt,salt gingergarlic paste.Then pressure cook 1 vissel without water abut after a vissel when we open the lid you can see a lot of water oased out of chicken.Then in a pan add 2 spoons of oil add onion fry it then add this pressure cooked chicken cook thill the half water gets evapourated and then add a power made with dry coconut+corinder powder+6 garlic podes sprinkle this powder in the last and let it fry for another 15 minutes and at last sprinkle fresh coriander leaaves and serve hot.
