Tuna melt
Author : Vahchef
Main Ingredient : Flour
Servings : 0 persons
Published date : November 22, 2016

Ingredients used in Tuna melt
• Lemon wedges - 4 numbers.
• Cheddar cheese (shredded) - 1 cup.
• White tuna (water packed) (drained) - 12 1/4 oz.
• Fresh parsley (minced) - 2 tablespoons.
• Celery stalk (finely diced) - 1 numbers.
• Sweet green pickle relish - 2 tablespoons.
• Lemon juice (fresh) - 1 teaspoons.
• Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup.
• Sourdough bread - 4 slice.
• Parsley sprigs (fresh) - 4 numbers.
Method:

1) Place the bread slices on a broiler pan. Divide the tuna mixture evenly among them, mounding it slightly. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the tuna mixture.

2) Place under the broiler and broil (grill) until the tops just begin to bubble and are golden, 3 to 4 minutes. Watch carefully or the cheddar cheese may brown too much.

3) Transfer to individual plates and garnish with a lemon wedge and a parsley sprig.
