Ingredients used in Tuna Patties
• Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons.
• Finely chopped onion - 1/4 cup.
• Garlic paste - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Ginger paste - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Green chilli paste - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Powdered coconut - 1/2 cup.
• Cooked, minced tuna meat - 1 cup.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoons.
• Egg, beaten - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
  1. Mix all the ingredients

  2. Make small patties of the mixture

  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan

  4. Shallow fry till golden brown on one side

  5. Turn and let it fry till golden brown

  6. Serve hot with ketchup and hot coffee

absolutely fantastic. made again with some little changes for personal taste. i adeded half tsp of cumin and some hot chilli powder. i used fresh garlic and ginger. they took less than 5 mins to make. i cooked them in a little peanut oil. serv
