Ingredients used in Turkey Kofta Korma
• Turkey mince - 1 lbs.
• Salt - as per taste 0.
• Poppy seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Coriader powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Canbarry - 0.
• Mustard seeds - pinch 0.
• Cumin seeds - pinch 0.
• Turmeric powder - pinch 0.
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 1 numbers.
• Green chilli - 3 numbers.
• Coconut powerd fresh - 1 cup.
• Whole garamasala dry - 0.
Method:
  1. In a bowl take minced turkey add cumin seeds,green chillies, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin, coriander leaves, salt mix well make into small balls.Now deep fry the turkey balls and keep a side.
  2. In a pan roast the poppy seeds and add to the blender,coconut powder, canbarry blend it into fine past.In another pan heat oil, whole garamasala, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onion, salt mix well then add curryleaves, green chillies, turmeric, ginger garlic paste mix well and add chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin,chilli powder, curd mix well and add water bring to boil by closing with the lid.After 10min of boil add the turkey balls and mix well top it of with coriander leaves chopped.

Thanks for the tips! It looks so much easier here than it actually is though! I tried this recipe yesterday and it totally flopped! I got the koftas right, but the gravy was a miss... the yoghurt curded and the poppyseed-coconut mix didn't taste

Looking at the recipe, I never thought I would get the authentic southIndia "Gola Urundai" taste. Since I did not have cranberry, I replaced it with 3 dates and the turkey with chicken.

hello,, i interchanged turkey with lamb meat. I minced the meat at home and believe me, it tasted great.......thanks a bunch.. time permitting please add more recipes in the lamb/goat section... thank you
