Ingredients used in Turkey Tandoori
• Turkey legs - 4 numbers.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Red chill powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmuric - picnch pinch.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Lemon juice - 1 numbers.
• Garama masala - pinch 0.
• Red coulou - pinch pinch.
Method:
  1. Take turkey legs slit the legs so that marination goes in.
  2. Take a pan add curd, red chill powder, turmeric,coriander powder,cumin powder,ginger garlic paste,kasturi methi powder,lemon juice,garam masala powder and mix well and some red colour and mix again.
  3. Now marinate this to turkey legs leave it for 30min a side.

After he marinated the legs, he picked vegetables without washing off the marination..left out vegetables I am sure have this marination sauce and what if he is using them for a vegetarian dish in his restaurant in Chicago. ....and vegetarian people
