Ingredients used in Ulli karam (Erra karam)
• salt To Taste.
• oil some To Fry.
• peeled garlic pods 3-4 Numbers.
• Red dried chillies 6-8 Numbers.
• chopped Onions 1 Big.
• curry leaves 10 Numbers.
• tamarind extract some Teaspoons.
How to make the recipe:
Heat oil in a pan, and add onions, red chillies, curry leaves and garlic pods and fry till golden brown. Remove from heat amp; let cool to room temperature. Blend into a fine paste with tamarind, salt.
