USIRI BURFI- GOOSEBERRY BURFI

Ingredients used in USIRI BURFI- GOOSEBERRY BURFI
• Goose berries - 250 grams.
• Sugar - 250 grams.
• Ghee - 1/2 cup.
• Cornflour - 1 tablespoons.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Cashew nuts - 2 tablespoons.
• Cardamom powder - 2 tablespoons.
Method:

1. Boil goose berries and remove seeds from it, then grind to make paste. 2. In a hot bowl add sugar and water to make a sticky one string consistency syrup. 3. Now add goose berries paste and start mixing with spoon by adding ghee also. 4. Once it becomes a thick paste add add all purpose flour, cornflour, cardamom powder and mix it thoroughly with a spoon. 5. When ghee comes out, switch off the flame and take into another plate by applying ghee to it. 6. Cut into pieces and garnish with cashew nuts. 7. Now they are ready to serve.
