Ingredients used in Vadappa
• Mirchi powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Dosakaya(cucumber) - 1 numbers.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Jeera - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
First grate the dosakaya then add cumin(jeera),mirchi powder,salt then add rice flour then make a dough .After that take a saravapindi bowl or nonstick pan pout 1 spoon oil spread the oil full bowl then take dough(chapati size) and spread like saravapindi.Turn on the stove and cover with lid and after 2 mins its change the color then turn to other side and then turn off the stove.
