Ingredients used in Vatha kuzhambu
• salt .
• curry leaves .
• turmeric powder 1/2 Tablespoons.
• corainder powder 2 Tablespoons.
• chilly powder 2 Tablespoons.
• garlic 4 Piece.
• Tamarind dissolved in water 200 ml.
• jaggery 1 Pinch.
• oil To Fry.
• mustard seeds 1 Tablespoons.
How to make the recipe:
In a pan put some oil and put the mustard seeds, once it breaks put the garlic flakes, fry a little till it become a little brown in outer side, then put the chilly powder, corainder powder, turmeric powder amp; curry leaves fry for some sec..till it comes a good smell. then pour the tamarind water and add one(200ml) glass of water extra...mix well amp; let it to be cook close the pan. later when we open the lid it wil get a very good smell and we had put 200ml tamarind water + 200 ml water extra..when we open the lid it should be only 200ml that much we want to boil. then put salt n jaggery. curry is ready
