1.nbsp;Peel and cut the plantains in to small cupes.
2.Grind together green chillies,turmeric, coconut, garlic and one chopped onion.
3.Cook the plantains with just sufficient water. Add salt.
4.Add the ground masala and cook.
5.Add curry leaves and remove from the fire.
6.Heat coconut oil and fry two sliced onions till golden brown. Add to the mixture .stir well and remove.nbsp;
