Ingredients used in Vegetable Curry
• Onions, sliced thin - 3 numbers.
• Cloves garlic, minced - 3 numbers.
• Ground coriander - 1 numbers.
• Ground turmeric - 1 numbers.
• Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Dry mustard - 1/4 teaspoons.
• (+-) cayenne - 1/8 teaspoons.
• Potatoes, unpeeled, scrubbed and diced - 6 numbers.
• Peanut oil for flavor - 1 numbers.
• Broccoli, cauliflower or cabbage, chopped - 4 1/2 c teaspoons.
• Salt and pepper - to taste.
• Tomatoes - 2 numbers.
• Curry powder - 1 numbers.
Method:
Cover and simmer until all veggies are tender. Serve over rice.
