Ingredients used in Vegetable Hussainy Curry
• Potatos - 450 grams.
• Carrots - 115 grams.
• Beans - 115 grams.
• Peas - 225 grams.
• Milk - 600 ml.
• Green chillies - 5 grams.
• Garlic - to taste.
• Ginger - 5 grams.
• Onions - 115 grams.
• Tomatoes - 225 grams.
• Cumin - pinch.
• Coriander - 5 grams.
• Red chililes - 3 grams.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Coriander leaves - to taste.
Method:

1. Boil and mash potatoes

2. Boil vegetables .

3.Prepare panir with milk and cut in to cubes .

4.Follow method 3 to 10 of Hussainy Curry .
