Ingredients used in Vegetable Pan Cakes
• Salt and red chilliy powder - to taste.
• Water - 300 ml.
• Oil for shallowing fry - to fry.
• Oil - 375 ml.
• Rice flour - 3 tablespoons.
• Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoons.
• Spring onions finely chopped - 3 numbers.
• Water - 250 ml.
• Corn flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Besan - 250 grams.
• Maida - 3 tablespoons.
Mix all the ingredients and make a thick batter with water.keep aside for 10 minutes.In the mean time greases a pan and heat it.Now drop the batter in #39;#39;2#39;#39; rounds in the pan fry till deep yellow on both the sides.Serve hot with green chutney or Tomato Ketchup.

Add grated Zuccini / Carrots / Cabbage / , Chopped Corainder Leaves & Green Chillies or any other vegetable of choice to the paste to make it an authentic vegetable pan cake.
