Ingredients used in Vegetable paratha
• Carrot - 1 numbers.
• Beetroot - 1 numbers.
• Radish - 1/4 piece.
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
• Boiled potato - 1 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Whole garam masala - 1 tablespoons.
• Ginger paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Wheat flour - 2 cup.
Method:
  • Make a dough of wheat flour with water by mixing 2 spoons of oil.
  • Now grate the radish, carrot and beetroot, then finely chop spinach leaves and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger paste and saute it.
  • Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, boiled potatoes, grated veggies & spinach mixture and also season it with whole garam masala, then saute it on low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Later mash all the ingredients and let it cool.
  • Then stuff all this mixture in centre of the dough and make parathas.
  • Cook the paratha on both sides and serve it with sauce.
