Ingredients used in Vegetable Vindaloo
• Kohlrabi - 225 grams.
• Radish - 115 grams.
• Potatoes - 225 grams.
• Carrots - 115 grams.
• Tomatoes - 115 grams.
• Onions - 115 grams.
• Ginger a small - piece.
• Garlic a small - piece.
• Red chillies - 5 grams.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric a - pinch.
• Vinegar - 30 ml.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fat - 30 grams.
Method:

1.Prepare vegetables .

2. Grind spices using vinegar .

3. Heat fat ;fry spices .

4. Add vegetables and remaining vinegar .Add salt .

5. Cook till vegetables are tender .
