Ingredients used in Vegetablekabab
• Potatoes - 225 grams.
• Carrots - 225 grams.
• Onions - 115 grams.
• Peas - 225 grams.
• Green chillies - 5 grams.
• Bengal gram flour - 10 grams.
• Coriander leaves - 10 grams.
• Lime - 1 numbers.
• Fat - 50 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

1. Boil and mash vegetables .

2. Chop onions ,green chillies and coriander leaves .

3.Heat a little fat and saute onions and green chillies .

4. Add mashed vegetables ,lime juice and salt to taste .

5. Make in to balls ,dip in gram flour batter and deep fry to a golden brown .
