Ingredients used in Vermicelli Vada
• Vermicelli(semiya) - 1tea cup.
• Maida - - 1/2 tea cup.
• Semolina(sooji/rava) - - 1/2 tea cup.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger(chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds(jeerakam) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Groundnuts(nelakadala) - 1tea cup.
• (roasted, peeled and halved) coriander powder - - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - - 1tea cup.
1)Mix together all ingredients.

2)Make balls off it.

3)Shape them into vadas.

4)Heat oil in a pan.

5)Fry these vadas till golden brown and crispy.

:- Serve with any chutney or sauce or plain, hot or cold, as you like.
