Ingredients used in wheat flour laddu
• wheat flour 2 Cup.
• besan 2 Tablespoons.
• ghee 1/2 Cup.
• sugar 1 Cup.
• cardamom pods 5 Numbers.
How to make the recipe:
Powder sugar along with cardamom in a mixie Melt ghee, add gram flour.Roast until colour changes Add the wheat flour and roast on a low flame till aroma spreads and it becomes a bit lumpy Remove from flame, cool it,mix powdered sugar Make laddus by shaping small portions of this mixture with your hands
