In a pan heat some oil and put finely chopped garlic and cook for 2 mins. Then add all the finely chopped vegetables(in a food processor) to the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes. Later add peppers and salt and off the flame and allow it to cool. Put some water in a steamer/ idly maker. Remove the dough from the cloth and make a big thin roti out of it. Now with a round cutter or any sharp bowl cut the roti in medium circles. Line the round rotis with some water and fill little veg mixture in the round rotis. You can shape them as you like. However the simplest of all is to just make modak out of it. Steam these momos for 10-15 mins on slow flame. Remove from the steamer and serve hot with some garlic sauce.
