Ingredients used in wheat rava peas pulav
• Godhuma rava or wheat rava - 1 cup.
• Frozen green peas - 100 grams.
• Greenchilles - 2 big.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 3 numbers.
• Mint leaves chopped - 4 piece.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Ghee - 1 teaspoons.
• Onions chopped - 1 numbers.
Method:
Take oil in pan , add cloves, cinnamons, jeera, and finally chopped onions and chopped green chilles and cook till onions are translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for a minute. Now add green peas , fry it for a minute Now add godhuma rava , mint leaves and add salt, ghee and add 4 cups of water and stir well. Cook in pressure cooker till 2 whistles. Wheat rava peas pulav is ready to eat, serve with raitha
