White Chocolate Blondie Brownies

Ingredients used in White Chocolate Blondie Brownies
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Vanilla essence - ½ tea spoon.
• Lemon rind - pinch.
• Caster sugar - 45 grams.
• Egg - 1½ number.
• White chocolate - 200 grams.
• White butter (melted) - 35 grams.
• Raisins - 40 grams.
• Almond silvers - 30 grams.
• All purpose flour - 200 grams.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add white chocolate, melted white butter, mix it well.
  • Take another bowl, add egg, caster sugar, vanilla essence, lemon rind, raisins, almond, mix this and pour the chocolate mixture and mix it again.
  • Add all-purpose flour, mix this and pour into the paper lined baking tray
  • Bake them at 180-degree centigrade for 25 to 35 minutes, then cut them into pieces and serve it.
