Ingredients used in Wholesome Pulao
• Long grain rice, washed and soaked in water - 1 cup.
• Carrot - 1 numbers.
• Capsicum - 1 numbers.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Spring onion - 1 numbers.
• French beans - 3-4 numbers.
• Cabbage - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cups water - 4 numbers.
• Ghee or oil - 2 numbers.
• Ghee or oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Cloves - 2 numbers.
• Each ginger and garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
  1. Cut all the vegetables into thick long strips.
  2. Heat ghee in a nonstick large pan. Add the cloves and ginger garlic pastes. Stir.
  3. Add the cut vegetables and chillies and stirfry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Drain the rice and add to vegetables, stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the tomato, salt, water and ketchup.
  6. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low till done.
  7. In between check for salt and chilli and add a bit more water if necessary. Stir gently.
  8. To be eaten steaming hot.
