Ingredients used in Yogurt chicken
• Plain yogurt - 3 cup.
• Ginger (adrak - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 5 clove.
• Fine herbs - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Black peppers - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Cinnamon sticks - 3 numbers.
• Ground cloves - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Chicken pieces - 4 lbs.
• Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons.
• . soy sauce - 1 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Rub the chicken with the garlic, fine herbs, and pepper.
  • Then combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add the chicken, by turning it to coat it well. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours by turning occasionally.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in single layers in a large roasting pan. Cover it with foil and bake it for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, turn the pieces and bake for about another 30 minutes longer or until it is lightly browned, by basting it occasionally with the marinade.
