- Cut the zucchini and carrot into round slices.
- Heat butter with some oil in a pan and add zucchini, carrot and saute it.
- Remove the excess oil and butter into a bowl.
- To the same pan add garlic and saute
- Add boiled pasta to boiling water, transfer pasta into above pan.
- Take a bowl and add eggs, pepper powder, parmesan cheese mix it, pour on pasta and saute it.
- Sprinkle little dry herbs.
Now zucchini pasta is ready to serve.
