Parsi style egg omelet, Akoori

In a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. When hot enough add the spring onions and saute until transparent.
To it, add the cloves and ginger, saute for another thirty seconds.
Then put the green chilies, tomatoes and cumin seeds. Saute for another 3 minutes.
Add the eggs and cook, stirring constantly.
At last, add the cream. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Sprinkle salt to taste.

Serve immediately
