Aloo Cheela Chana Chat is simple to make and delicious to eat.
- Blend soaked lentils (Moong dal,Urad dal,Chana dal) green chilli paste, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, then make it into a fine paste and keep aside.
- Meanwhile for preparation of chaat, combine soaked and boiled kabuli chana,boiled potatoes,mixed sprouts, tomato slices,onions coriander leaves, green chillies,red chilli powder,green chutney,sweet chutney,chaat masala powder,lemon juice and yogurt and mix well all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
- Transfer lentils mixture into a bowl,add some salt and mix well.
- Heat a nonstick pan,pour ladle full of batter on tawa,drizzle some oil around,Cover and cook till both sides are cooked.
- Top it with prepared chaat mixture, gently flip it on other side and serve hot with garnished lettuce leaves.
