Avacado dip Which can be served with the Corn Chips(like tositos)
Take a salad mixing bowl. Add the steamed corn kernals, Chopped onions, tomato,all variety bell peppers amp; mix slowly. Then add salt , pepper powder,crushed garlic,green chilli paste according to taste. Now take ripe avacados amp; cut them in half .Then run the knife in the flesh of avacado to draw 1cm squares amp; them scoop these into the above mixture. After scooping all the avacados , add the desired amout of lemon juice amp; slowly fold the avacados to mix well. Note : please add the avacado seeds to the mixture as this preserves the colour of avacados. Please serve the above dip with corn chips like the tositos
