Description

this is a mixture of all possible hard vegetables cooked.it is best eaten with rice and curry.

Cut all the vegetables into thick slices about the size of your little finger. Put this into a pressure cooker with little turmeric and a pinch of red chilli powder. Let it pressure cook for one whistle. and wait Grind yogurt,jeera,coconut,garlic,karipatta with a little water so that it is fairly thick. (must remember that this is a side dish like a bhaji sorts so dont make it super watery). Add the ground paste to the vegetables along with a little salt and sugar. Bring this to a boil. Once the flame is off, put cocnut oil into it and put some raw curry leaves. (this serves as the garnish to this recipe).
