Description

Corn which is indigenous to America is now grown worldwide. It is used as a vegetable, briefly boiled or roasted or eaten with butter.

  1. Takebaby corn pieces in a bowl. Add salt, red chili powder, paneer pieces, bread crumbs, onion slices, chopped green chilies and toss lightly.
  2. Mix together all-purpose flour, ajwain, baking soda, a pinch of red chilli powder, salt and curd in a bowl, add sufficient water and whisk into a batter.
  3. Now mix thetossed ingredients with theabove prepared batter.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the pakodas in the hot oil till it turns gold in color.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle chat masala. Transfer the pakodas on the plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
